Where do you ship from?
We ship from our manufacturing factory or warehouse located in DELHI. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

 Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
Yes we have both option cash on delivery and also prepaid orders.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?
It will usually take 4-6 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Is shipping really FREE?
Yes, we are providing free shipping to everyone 

Eligibility for Replacements
Replacements policy is applicable only if the wrong item is delivered, or the item delivered is damaged. The customer must notify us about the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product with a unboxing video. After that, the Replacements policy is applicable for 5 days from the date of purchase.

Proof of Purchase
To initiate the Replacements process, we need proof of images of the package on our email and original packaging. The images should be clear and unaltered. And also send the unboxing video with it.

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive confirmation after placing their orders (NOTE: Please contact us if you don't receive one within 12 hours).

How can I pay?
We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc. We also do cash on delivery for maximum locations.
